On Friday the 10th of July 22 people became dementia Friends in a session run by the Pop In Place, this is in addition to the 12 that have previously done the session and anyone who has done it elsewhere or individually, so it’s very encouraging to think that 33 plus have made that effort to understand what living with dementia is like. Many of the local businesses and Organisations were represented and it was a wonderful step forward for Bere Regis becoming much more dementia friendly.
